In October of 2022, Wayne Miller joined the ICBA to lead innovation programming at the world’s largest community bank organization. Wayne spent the previous six years as the Executive Director of The Venture Center, a globally recognized non-profit organization producing award-winning, revenue-generating financial technology accelerator programs for the world’s biggest financial services organizations. Bringing over four decades of proven performance in a variety of industries and leadership roles, Miller’s combination of entrepreneurial achievement and his “Fortune 100” experience makes for an executive who is comfortable in start-up and mature business environments.
