Ben Udell brings more than 25 years of expertise in the financial services industry to his current role as SVP of Client Experience at Lake Ridge Bank. In his past 12 years at Lake Ridge Bank, Ben has played a pivotal role leading the bank’s digital transformation. His focus spans digital and in-person client experiences, marketing, consumer products, and analytics. Ben especially enjoys working in the sweet spot where technology, bank and consumer financial needs intersect. And in general, he is as disruptive as possible when it comes to improving the client experience, making banking easier, developing people, and growing the bank. Ben has a Finance degree from UW-Milwaukee, Graduate School of Banking degree from UW-Madison, and an MBA from UMass-Amherst.
