Kraig Nellis of Quest Analytics, a veteran in the banking industry, and CRM Advisor to community banks and credit unions. He is a Pittsburgh native that started his banking career at Mellon Bank, until Mellon’s sale of his division to Fiserv, followed by Metavante, FIS, and Q2 in new business development and relationship mgmt. positions. Kraig reunited with his former teammates at Mellon Bank when he joined Quest Analytics in 2015. He has a passion for helping personal bankers to have more effective conversations with their customers and prospects to deepen the relationship and to help them with life events that have a financial impact. He likes sharing his experiences and industry best practices to leverage data to better understand the customer or prospect and to deepen the relationship through improved conversation to build rapport, trust, and loyalty.
