Ken Rance Vice President and Chief Operation Officer joined the Carver Financial Corporation in 2022 and is focused on its day-to-day operations and strategic growth. Carver Financial Corporation is the only African-American owned multi-bank bank holding company in America. Ken is a native of North Minneapolis, MN and attended Howard University. Upon graduation, Rance worked in the Hollywood entertainment industry as a television executive and professional screenwriter. A decade plus later, Ken transitioned into the financial services industry with TIAA where he successfully managed several high performing wealth management practices within the Upper Midwest states. After acquiring his MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Rance made a career pivot into civic and nonprofit organizational leadership.
