Diane Weaver, President, Virginia National Bank, discusses the issues and challenges of bankers supporting small and medium-sized businesses.
Diane E. Corscadden-Weaver is President of Virginia National Bank. She brings with her more than three decades of banking industry experience as an executive team lead with a demonstrated history of leadership. Prior to joining Virginia National Bank, she held various executive management positions at Atlantic Union Bank, Access National Bank, Chain Bridge Bank (in formation), and James Monroe Bank. Ms. Weaver brings a very broad range of skills to Virginia National in the commercial arena, trouble debt management and team building and management. Ms. Weaver has spent her entire banking career volunteering with several charitable organizations in the Washington, DC, and surrounding markets. Ms. Weaver also serves as a director of Virginia National Bank since joining the organization in December 2021.
